Q.

Two PERMs with same employer for EB3 and EB2

I got PERM/I-140 approved 4 yrs back & I-485 pending under EB3 with my employer for 'Application Developer' position.
Now same employer will file for my EB2 Green Card under new 'IT Architect' position.
1) Are 2 PERMs allowed for an employee filed by same employer? (They are for 2 different positions)
2) My EB3 PERM was approved 4 yrs back and does it need to be withdrawn or will it get canceled when my same employer files for new EB2 PERM for new position?
3) If yes, then will it be a risk because approved EB3 PERM needs to be withdrawn first and if new EB2 PERM gets denied for some reason then I loose everything?
4) How can I port Priority Date then?
5) How do I go about it?
