Got Masters in US before joining company A. Worked for company A for 5 yrs & filed my GC as 'Application Developer' under EB3. Got I-140 approved & I-485 pending for 4 years.
Quit company A 7 months ago and joined company B on EAD didn't inform USCIS.
Company A wants to hire me back & ready to file under EB2 category. They have new job desc and title of 'IT Architect'. Requirements Masters + 5 years.
I got Masters + 2 yrs experience (from other employers) but regarding 5 years of experience can I use some experience gained from Company A before I quit & now they rehire me & file for new labor.
1) What will happen with number of years of experience in my case?
2) Can I join Company A back on same EAD that was issued for EB3 Application Devloper position?
New position is 50% different
