I got a ticket as trespass for opening an unauthorized posted NJ transit booth door at the Newark NJ station accidentally when drunk. My criminal lawyer plead bargain and not guilty for 2c:18-3B and downgraded it to a municipal ordinance violation as I never had a history of criminal violation other than one minor traffic speeding ticket.

Q: Does this effect my green card processing? I cleared I-140 and waiting to apply for I-485 should I mention this anywhere in the application also should I mention this incident in my H1B Visa approval documents, DS-160 application form when going for visa stamping in India? will this effect my entry back to USA.
