I have bachelor’s degree and 8 years of work exp from US. I have filed for my GC on Aug 16th 2007, But its has not been approved yet and still pending in the decision phase. Currently on EAD and changed employers 8 months back. My present employer doesn’t want to pay for the processing of the Eb2 porting.
Can I get my own lawyer and get the process going, What will be my priority date after the porting?
If I get married now, Can I add my spouse on the EB2 porting? Regardless of the porting is it still possible for me to add onto my EB3? What is timeframe on adding her?Can i still after my I-485 is approved? She is currently in US working on H1-b visa.
