Q.

Can I work part time for GC sponsored company ? - EB3

Dear Attorney,

I work for the company B on H1 valid till 10/2009. The GC sponsored company is A and I have started working the GC company as part time (80 hours) from Sept 2008. I moved full time to GC sponsored company on Feb 1st 2009. I have a valid EAD till 10/2010. The owner is the same for A & B. The B company is considered as sister concern for B. I couldn't move to A immediately due to contract issues.

I got an RFE for I-485 asking to provide the copy of I-140 filled by company B (I-140 approved in Feb 2007). I filled my first I-140(Sept 2006) with company C got approved in Oct 2006. I decided to go with company B by an H1 transfer.

USCIS didn't ask for any paystub or employment letter. Do I need to provide them or not?

Do you foresee any issues on my I-485?

Thanks
