Q.

I485 current with I140 aprroval twice in different catg

Priority Date = 07 JULY'2006 IN EB2 INDIA.
My I485 was filed in AUG'2007.

My I140 in EB2 category was approved in July'2009 and my I485 case is current since May'2011 in EB2 India Category.

So, I was expecting my I485 approval any time now.

However, today my attorney received my another I140 approval Notice in EB3 category.

Is it by mistake on USCIS part or something else???
