Job Change after GC approval
Hello,
My current employer sponsored my Green Card and it’s approved 3 months back. I am working with this employer for last 5 years. Can I resign from current employer? If I resign, can my employer revoke my GC? How long I need to work for sponsored employer once GC approved?
Three Months back my employer closed local branch and relocated me to another location. That is why I am planning to resign, Can I use this reason for resignation?
