This is regarding to my PERM filing. Prevailing wage was obtained for the Job title “Engineer", but advertisements were posted for “System Engineer" although minimum education and experience requirements and job description for both job titles are exactly same. Everything is exactly same except the job title.

Actual Job title for the position is " System Engineer".

Would it create any issues during PERM processing since Job titles are different?
If we need to get PW for “System Engineer”, can we still use the previous advertisement as they were advertised before getting PW for “System Engineer”?

What course of action do you recommend?
