I am working in US on H1B and My wife on L1. My wifes employer filed GC (EB1C) to her and we got i-140 Approval 10 Days back and waiting for I-485. We have already EAD/AP in Hand. Pls note that my H1B is exipring by this month end and my current employer already applied for H1B Extenstion.

Now i got good job with new employers and i need to join. Will it be safe to leave current Job when 485 is pending and join new employer. What will be chances for 485 Approval after i-140 is approved. In case of any issues in 485 what will be the next step.
