PERM denied after responding to audit and not sure what to do
I just received a denial letter for my PERM application. In the job ads in the newspapers and SWA website, it says "send resume to [person]@[company name].com" so it's clear for the readers to identify the company and the address of the company location listed on the website.
Reason #1: The job order placed with the State Workforce Agency (SWA) does not contain the name of the employer
Reason #2: The advertisement(s) placed in newspaper(s) do not contain the name of the employer
Reason #3: The employer's advertisement does not contain the geographic area of employment for the job opportunity
Is there a chance they may reconsider if we write a letter of reconsideration and explain that one can easily find the name of the company and location by going to the company website?
