I got married recently and my 485 priority date is current ( Feb 2007 EB2). My 485 could be approved anytime now.
We could not get H1/h4 stamping due to 221g issues in India and my wife could not come to USA still.

I came back to USA using AP, But still working for same employer who sponsored my H1b

1) Do I have to use EAD, or I can work on H1b as the H1b petition is still valid and I did not change company
2) In case H4 stamping is done after my 485 approval. is it legal for her to travel on H4 stamp visa and file her 485 immediately in USA.
3) I have already started her I824 ( follow to join) application. Does she have any travel restriction to USA while her I824/CP is pending in India
4)If she comes to USA on H1/L1. can she file I485 . Will it automatically cancel her I824.
