Current Status: EAD, I-140 approved, I-485 pending under EB3 Category. Working full time for sponsoring employer and intention to quit any time sooner. Wife is having EAD as well.

I want to start a Company...

1. Will this affect my I-485?
2. Do I have to let USCIS know about this? If so, How?
3. What's abt AC21?
3. Can I work full time for the LLC quiting my current employer?
4. Can my wife continue to work on EAD(expired) while it is in renewal?
5. Will this affect our travel on Advance Parole?
6. Can I partner with my BIL who is on H1B? If so, what are the steps to be taken?
7. Can I hire people, issue pay check, sign contracts etc as manager/owner of the LLC?
