My GC is in EB2 India was started by employ A.

Priority date : Apr2007
I140 approved : Jul2008 & Approval Notice is with A, I know EAC No.
I485 filed : Jun-2007
I have USCIS receipt notice. Not approved yet.
EAD / AD : Never applied
Continued working on H1B for employer A.

In Aug-2009 I came back to India and worked for A till Aug-2010.
In Oct-2010 I left A & started working for employer B in India. Currently don't have any visa for US.

My son was born in India in Dec-2009. Hence not in GC Process.

What is my best option to get my GC

1) Employer C file for my H1 & after reaching US, start my GC process via C. Will C be able to use Apr-2007 priority date.

2) Join employer A & change to consular processing. Once PD become current file for my Son also.
