Q.

W2 on EAD

Hi,

I read couple of answers about this subject. But to be more careful, I want you to please answer my this question.

I belive that there is no issue in working on W2, HOURLY BASIS, when I am on EAD. I read somewhere, that on EAD (180 days passed to I-140 approval), it is advisable to switch to permanent full time employment when it is the time of getting the GC. Is that true ? What happens if I am on W2, hourly basis, with an employer at the time of issuing GC ? Will I receive any RFE ?

Thanks for your help. Your early response will be highly appreciated as I have a very good opportunity waiting for me.

Thanks.
