Hi,

My wife and myself are in Adjustment of Status and our I-485 is pending. I am planning to travel outside USA.

We already have advance parole valid unitl Aug 08,2011.We have also applied for AP renewal on May 20,2011 and waiting for new AP.

Question:
1.Can we travel outside with my old AP which is valid unitl Aug 08,2011.I am planning to come back before Aug 08,2011 leaving my wife outside USA and collect the new AP.After that i may go to bring her back with my new AP.

2. I heard that the old AP will be no longer valid if we apply for a new one and we have to wait unitl the new AP comes.Is that true?
