My wife's registered date of birth is something else in birth records in India but she has been using a different date of birth since childhood, which we were not aware of until we went to get her birth certificate. The DOB we are using is correct and the one in records is wrong but there is no way to get it corrected . So her every education/passport/US-visa/I-94/H1 etc has a wrong date of birth and does not match whats in her municipal records. So if we submit her birth certificate for I 485 from her municipal records in India , that wont match with any of her other documented birth records like passport, education certificates etc. So what should we do at this point ?
