Porting from EB3 to EB2

My green card is processed under EB3 from my employer (Big MNC Company), my PD is Nov 2007 with I-140 approved in Nov 2008. I want to port EB3 to EB2. I have 3 year Bachelors degree in Commerce + 2 Year Post Grad Diploma in Computers + 2 year MBA in Marketing which is diploma program. I have total of 12 years of experience in IT with more than 5 year experience with the same employer.

I need to know my options to port EB3 to EB2 with the same employer or with the new employer. I also need to know how I can retain the same priority date of I-140. I have the copy of my I-140 approval and labor. What will happen if my current employer revoke I-140 once I leave my current employer, can I still port the old priority date in new I-140 filling. Can I do porting with my own representation?
