Q.

Ac21

I filed for GC with company A in EB3 in oct 2002. I-140 approved in Sept 2004. I-485 (filed in April 2004) is still pending. I changed to company B in Oct 2006. I have not filed Ac21 yet, and today I am hearing that Company A might file for Bankruptcy and I am planning to file AC21 for Company B. Company B did some voluntary layoffs 2 years back but my job position is safe for long term. Will it be a problem if I file AC21 with company B? If I do not file Ac21 what will happen to my GC process? What are the documents required to file Ac21?
Please advice
