Priority Date Discrepancy

My Labor filing date is 04-06-07 (EB2-I)
Recently got copies of Labor & I140 using FOIA. I noticed that on 140 the Priority date field on first page. The date 'hand-written' is 05/06/07. Obviously this is inaccurate because PD should be the Labor filing date. 1 mth discrepancy.
I no longer work for my original employer who had filed these petitions. Thus cannot go through them to get this fixed.
My questions:
1. Is the hand written incorrect date going to matter or will their computers have the right date when visa numbers become available.
2. is there anyway I can get this fixed without the help of original petitioner
3. Even if it can be fixed, is it worthwhile doing anything now considering there is high probability of even May'07 being current in upcoming month.
thx
