Q.

Porting the 140 from my GC process to my wife's GC process.

I applied for GC in 2002 october in EB3 and the I-485 is still pending. My wife is working on my EAD for the last 6 years in a different company. My wife's company is ready to process GC in EB2 for her now. Is it possible for my wife to port our old EB3 date to this new process? She was a dependent on the first EB3 process. Please advice.
