Q.

Perm Denied after audited.

PERM filed in Dec 2007 & audited in jan 2008 & finally Denied in Dec 2009.submit for appeal & went to BALCA Still Denined status Got replied in last year 2010 August.
I Need your help Do we can request to reconsider . It was EB2 & Denial reason is advertisement Compnay's physical address is not showing. this is the only reason.
Can you please help me because I filed new PERM in MAy 2010- EB2 same Company & new PERM got approved & My I-140 also approved. I want to use my Previous PERM's priority date which is December 2007. Any adjustmant can we do for priority date.
OR I Want to re-appeal OR we can request to re-consider my case to use Priority date Or open the previous case again for re-appeal
Please help me. I would so grateful to you if you could help out. Any help Please.
