I applied my concurrent 140/485 in Aug, 2007. I stayed with the same employer till May, 2011. I have my 140 approved 2 years back and currently working on EAD. I moved to a new position in May, 2011. From July, 2011 my dates are becoming current. I have not filed AC21 after moving to new position and don't want to do it now as it could delay my case. Please let me know do I have to leave my this job and go back to previous employer after GC approval? Can I justify my good faith at the time of N-400 as I already worked for the same employer for around 4 years after filling my GC application?
