Can you please help me clarify to which employer I have to work? details.
-->Company A filed for 140 EB3 2003 & 485 (A filed a future GC using a substituition labor, EB3 140 approved and 485 pending since 2007)
-->Company B filed for 140 EB2 2010 and got the PD ported to EB2 2003 in Mar'11
-->I raised a request to USCIS by emailing to tsc.ncscfollowup@dhs.gov to use my company B PD as its current Now. USCIS replied saying they are working on it.
-->On June 15th The pending 485 was approved as my PD is current as per my request and got welcome letter on June 18th and GC received on June 21st. One thing I noticed is that the welcome notice original was sent to Company A lawyer.
Now should I work for company A or B . Note : I am currently working with company B since 2006
