Q.

Green Card Porting from EB3 to EB2

Hi


I have my I-140 got approved in 2009 with a previous Employer in EB3 and i want to port it EB2 with my Present Employer

So my question: on Green Card Process.

I have a 3 Year Bachelors Degree with 11 Years of IT experience of which 7 years in USA. So just wondering to know if i am eligible to port it from EB3 to EB2 .... if so how?
