EB1B eligibility

I completed my PhD (Information Systems) in May 2011 and got a non tenure track position as an assistant professor with a 3 year renewable contract in an undergraduate (4-year) state college. This college does not have a tenure system and all the faculties are in non-tenure track. I have a few publications and my articles have been cited. I am a reviewer to multiple journals. Am I eligible for EB1B category of green card processing?
