Q.

I -485 Application

Hi,
I have a labor and I - 140 Approved with Employer A. EB2 and Priority Date is Sep 2007.
I have changed Jobs to Employer B, Employer C and now With Employer D by Transfering H1 but not applied GC Process with any Employer B or C.

My Orginal application was not cancelled and My Employer A is still willing to support me.
If the EB2 Dates moves fast and in the next month if it becomes current then what would you suggest to apply 485 using previous Labor and 140 or Get my new employer Start Labor and 140 again and get the previous date ported and then apply 485. But if the visa dates get retrogess then I will miss the opportunity of applying the 485.

My EMployer D is willing to support GC but need to start PERM and 140 again which will take 5 - 6 Months if things are smooth.
