My case details with Priority Dates(PD).
1) 1st 140 approval EB2 PD from previous employer: Oct 16th 2006
2) 2nd I 140 approval EB2 PD from current employer: July 27th 2007
My PD from 1st I 140 approval is current as of July 1st. I would like to retain/recapture my PD from previous I 140 approval to new I 140 approval in 4 weeks.
Here are my questions based on our previous conversation:
1. What is the faster way to retain/recapture my PD from previous I 140 approval to current I 140 approval both being EB2 category.
2. What documents are required to file the case? Are the I 140 approval notices sufficient?
Please let me know your experiences with similar cases in terms of timeline. So that I can work with you..
