Hi, I am on H1B and I am doing my PhD (Doctoral)program as part-Time in Information Technology. Recently university lost its accreditation with Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges & School. University is in the process of accrediting again, good thing is university has State Council of Higher Education and American University Accreditation Council accreditation. University is authorized by the United States Government to enroll non-immigrant alien students. My Q are
1. If my employer process my EB2, do I face any issues while processing my EAD,I-140,I-145 because of the accreditation of the University?
2. Do I have to wait to complete my PhD program for EB2 process or can I start process now?
