Applied my 140 in regular process in july 2010 and got approved in March 2011.My dates are current and I applied for 485, EAD & AP on 11th April 2011, now I came to know that my consulting firm is not doing business and it may close down in comming months. I have my H1B till 11th Jan 2012(6th Year).

1.What are my options if my company closes. Still I havn't recieved my EAD & AP. Can I move to different company without impacting the current 485, EAD & AP process. Please let me know all the possible options.

2. Does the lawyer has to send the original I-140 to USCIS while filing the 485 application?
