Q.

Extension of the previous Q on EB1A/PP

Dear Elizabeth,

Thanks much for replying back.
At this point, I am terribly confused whether or not I should do a PP ???
My lawyer thinks 15 days is not enough time to process the application and he would like to be available in case called for a RFE which he seems certain it will be because of the volume of the app than the content-on the other hand my lab has moved to a different university and I have to find a job by Oct 31st. If the EB1-1 comes through, it will make my life so much more easier.
At the same time, I have worked so hard in preparing both the NIW and especially the EB1-1, that I would hate for it to be rejected.
I am quiet torn between the right approach - your guidance is most appreciated.
Best,
Krishna
P.S. This is in continuation of previous conversation.
