Q.

RFE A2P

Hi i got a RFE(I-140) in 10 feb and they ask for :

a) List of monthly recurring household expenses , including but not limited to :
1.Mortgage or rent payments
2.Automobile payments
3.Installment loans
4.Credit card payments
5.Household expenses
b) A copy of your checking and savings account statements.
c) If you have employed the beneficiary , submit the beneficiary's form w-2 wage and tax statement.
In order to establish that you have the financial ability to pay the proffered wage of 20k as of the priority date of June 1 2007 and u have the ability to sustain yourself and your dependents".

Mi w-2 for 2007 is 4.6k ( i was employed in oct 2007) and mi w-2 for 2008 is 17k.
Mi sponsor taxes for 2006 and 2007 is 34k.
I will be ok ?
