Dependent I 485 NOT approved
My employment based greencard was approved in Oct 2008 (EB2, India, PD Apr 2006)
My wife's I-485 is still pending. She is presently working on EAD which is valid till 2010.
My questions--
1- Why has her I-485 not been approved and should I do something about this ?
2- Can I now change my job without affecting her greencard process? Do I need to file AC 21 for her even though she is the dependent?
