I was working in US with previous 2 companies owned by Indian persons But due to some reason I have left the companies. Now I need experience certificates from the previous companies, and I fear that they may not OR delay my experience certificates.
which I need in the GC PERM processing.
Am I protected by law, that the companies are
leagally abided to provide me the experience certificates ? if yes, How much time frame within they should issue me the certificate ?
I had sent them an email today asking the same.
