Q.

I-140 NOID received on Education

I have received I 140 NOID based on my education and Company ability to pay. I have 3 Years Bachelors from India in Science and 2 years Masters from India in IT and have other Computer diplomas from IBM-ACE and APTECH. I have 10+ years of IT experience. My PERM document is based on Masters without any experience. NOID document says that, I am eligible under US Bachelors + 5 years of progressive experience but not under Master Degree category.

I would like to know the approval chances of I-140 and what should I be doing to reply the NOID.
