Q.

I 485 Interview

Dear Sir,

Here is the listof events.
1. Switch Comp A to Comp B on Sept 30,2007
2. Rfe for H1-B on Mar 17,2008 regarding last 3 months pay checks stubs. Since Comp A laid me off on May 31 2007 I did not have it and I129 approved with consulate proceedings from April 17,08to Sep 26 2008.( i was on my 6th yr with H1-B)
3. Filed Labor with Com B on mArch 28,2008 and approved on May 17,2008 (eb-2 pd current I am from Turkey)
4. Filed I765,I485,I140 and MTR for H1-B on May 27,2008 Since my attorney was 1 day late denied on Sep 5, 2008.
5. EAD approved on Aug 22,2008
6. RFE for I140 on Dec 5 2008 and approved on Jan 8, 2009.
7. on Jan 8, 2009 I485 send to Dallas field office for standard interview.
Question

Am I out of status more than 6 months?

What is my chance to get GC?
