Q.

Can I apply for GC while on OPT?

I got an offer from a company who is going to support for GC. It has been 6 months after I got my OPT. Can I apply for labor certification while I'm on OPT? If yes, can I still apply for 17 months OPT extension after applying for the labor certificate?
