Q.

H1B stamping

My H1B petition was from Oct 2008- Sept 2011. I went for first time H1B stamping in Delhi Embassy. It was denied based on 221(g)- “your H1B petitioner does not have qualifying employment. Therefore you are not eligible for H1B visa”. Visa officer took my I-129 and related support letter and questioned me why there was no mention of vendor/ client on it. He also raised questions on employer-employee relationship. My arrangement of employment was Employer->Vendor->Client.
Now the same employer filed a brand new H1B with the same arrangement requesting dates (March 2011-Feb 2014) which was approved by USCIS on May 2, 2011. Now I need to appear for visa interview:
What are the questions I should expect this time?
I want to avoid 221(g)- which consulate is better, Delhi or Hyderabad?
