I am working for Big IT firm A on H1-B Visa which is located in San Francisco, CA. I reside in Houston, TX and work.
My company A is in the process of filing Labor for my Green card process at San Francisco. However I found local company B in Houston, TX who are willing to file my Labor for Green card process on behalf of their company. I would join the company after the Labor application is approved.
Question:
If two different companies(A and B in my case) file Labor for Green card process at same time for my H1-B visa, Would I run into issues?
Is it legall to file multiple Labor applications(each by different companies) for the same person at one point of time, Please advise
