Hi,

- My I-140 is currently being processed by company A. After it's approval, if I switch over to company B, will company B have to restart my GC starting from labor(only my Priority Date gets retained)...? or is there a simpler process where they can just transfer over the approved I-140 from company A without having to re-start GC process from scratch...?

- My H-1 is currently under 8th year extension - approval pending with USCIS(concurrently with the I-140 application gone in as 'basic') with company A. Am I eligible to upgrade my I-140 application from basic to premium...?
