Petition filed on 06/18/07.Denial,01/24/09, based on " general mngr./exec.duties for both U.K. & U.S.A. companies " broad and general + undated Organisation charts ".My Attorney informs me that the Appeal will also probably be denied, based on the fact that USCIS are doing that to companies of our sort of size( 20 employees in total between U.K. & U.S.A.). I will happily provide more specific details that I operate/have effectively manage/d both companies.
What is your recent experience of such/similar cases and what would your advise be for me as a next step - I have till 02/24/09 to appeal.

If this appeal fails, what are my options to live and work in U.S.A.?
