My question is regarding an RFE received on my I-140. I filed my green card labor in Nov'06 and I-140 in May'07 with company A. My I-140 was pending but petitioner promised me that he wouldn't cancel the I-140 and support my I-140, so I went to company B in Feb 2010. RFE on my I-140 was issued in Apr'11 and below is the RFE received.
List of items from RFE:
1. W2s from 2006 - 2010 (Mine)
2. Ability to pay from Nov 2006 onwards.
3. List of all I-140s filed from petitioner's company.
4. As your company provides consulting services, provide a bona fide offer of employment, provide work orders, end client contract that establish the beneficiary's exact work location and current responsibilities.

How to answer the RFE as I currently don't work with the compamy A? What options we have?
