Q.

Eb3 to E2 transfer

My Eb3 priority date is Nov 2003 and pending I485. My wife is on H4 and I have not applied for her greencard because I got married after applying for my I485 and the priority dates moved back (this was 2007). My employer has applied and received an approved labor for EB2. I want my employer to go ahead and apply for I-140 and request for priority date porting from EB3 to EB2 also.

To continue my previous questions.

1) Is there greater risk involved in doing I-140 premium processing for EB2 along with priority date transfer request?
2) Will I still get enough time to submit my wife's 485 application?
3) Should I get all the documents ready to submit my wife's 485 including I-693 (medical examination report)?
