Q.

Transfer H1B in 7th year.

I am in the 7th year on H1B(Valid till 02/08/2012) with the approved I140 and labor.
Now I am planning to move to other company and the new company is ready to transfer my H1B and start green card processing.
Q1>Can I move from my present employer to new employer?
If yes will I get New H1B valid till 02/08/2012 or for three more years
Q2>My old employer should not revoke my I140 till my new Labor and I140 get approved with the new employer? (My old employer told me that he will revoke the I140 after three months since I leave the company). So will that be any problem for me?.
Q3> My current GC process is in EB3. But my new employer telling me that, he will process my GC in EB2 as I have more that 10 years of experience in IT. Will that possible? My old priority date still valid
