Good Morning,
I have recieved my permanent residence approved like a week ago. I manage a registered
software development firm initially as sole proprietor but now as LLC and doing business
for nearly 3 years on a part-time basis. My business has grown, which demands me now full-time. Meanwhile registred an LLC in India under the same name. My goal is to move to India next year for couple of years and develop my overseas office and then move back to US.
My question is, how can I maintain my permanent resident status when I am out of the country for couple of years to improve my business.
