Q.

CHANGING EMPLOYER ON EAD

I am a Registered Nurse and my current employer( hospital) filed my GC on July, 2007. My I-140 got approved on Feb 2009 and I have been working in the same hospital for the last 3 and half years and my EAD expire on SEPT 2012 and have been renewed EAD couple of times. Recently I got a job offer from a hospital in a different state but I have not mentioned about the my immigration status to the hosipital offering me the job. If I decide to accept the new job using my EAD,
1)does my new employer needs to file a new sponsorship or continue sponsorship?
2)if not what are some of the processes that my new employer needs to do in order to continue GC my process?
3)do you see any risk in changing employer on EAD without continuing sponsorship?

Regards
PS
