Q.

Priority Date Portability

Hi

My Labor & I-140 were approved. Mine is Emp based EB2 (IND) with priority date Aug 2008. If I change my Employer, can I carry forward my current Priority date to new GC process with new employer. My current job title is Programmer Analyst. Let's say I can carry my Priority Date and If my job title changes from "Programmer Analyst" to "QA Engineer", will it impact my new GC petition with my 2008 Priority Date.
