PERM got approved on Feb 3 after 18 months. Atlanta processing.

I was working from City A during this whole process and moved to City B in december(diff MSA). Now my lawyer says that the current PERM is not valid because i moved to a different city. He can ammend the H1B with the new address( no big deal) but the PERM has to start again from the new location. What are my options here

1)Move back to City A
2)Can the current PERM be still valid for City B
3)What the DOL requirements for a working location, i can maintain an addresss in City A
4)If i move back to City A, do i need to notify DOL about the temporary move
5)My job description allows flexibilty to work from other locations
6)Lawyer says the PERM was specific to city A, can i be based in City B till the Green card
