My Current company is undergoing FBI investigation due to some fraud happened in one of the projects they were involved. So far they were not proved guilty. My labor and 140 are approved from this company and I also applied for I485 and my priority date is also approaching. If my company is proved guilty and blacklisted, will there be a problem for my green card process? I also hold H1 with the company and working on H1 not using EAD. Please help me to understand will there be an issue with my Green Card process and H1 Visa.
