Details: I-485(pending, India, 06/07, EB2). AP approval until 03/15.FP Done 2 mon ago.Me and my wife are currently in India scheduled to come back to states on 11th march. This is our second trip to india after our AP got approved last year and the first time when we have returned, the officer stamped on our parole until 09/15. However, my wife would like to stay back for some more time in india due to her family needs. If you could answer the Q, that would be great.

1.Is her AP valid until 09/15? could she get back to US before that?
2.If she want to renew, could we do it from india?
3,if we had come back,do we have to wait until the renewal is done?

Any other suggestions?
