Q.

I-140 Approved : Job change

This is Murali.
Can you please help in providing the information for the below questions.

1.) I have my I-140 approval from the current employer in EB-2 process with a priority date of Sept 2007. If i change the employer now, can i retain my priority date with the new employer? What are the possible conditions that i would not be able to retain my old priority date.

2.) If my current employer withdraws or revoke my current I-140, can i still retain my old Sept 2007 priority date after changing the job. Is there any time limit for retaining the priority date?

3.) I'm on 6th year of H1B and got extn of 3 years with the current employer. If i change now to a new employer do i still get 3yrs of H1B extn.
